USA - An American soldier who has duty in Hawaii named Sergeant Clark Bartholomew (American Army) prosecuted Burger King company because he found a needle on his burger on Saturday 15 October 2011.
He reported that he found a needle on his Triple Stacker burger on last first December from Burger King in Schofield Barrack, army military base in Oahu. In his accusation on this week Bartholomew reported that when he ate his burger, he bit a needle and make his tongue bleed. He might be hospitalized for 6 days because another needle was also found in his small intestine.
This incident made him having fears, sleepless, and high mental stress.
