Drink Much Water
Drink 10 up to 12 glasses of water a day. If your urine's color is yellow, it means that you are dehydration. Drinking water keeps your body fresh.

Balanced Diet
You may not have a diet as you like. Make sure that every food you eat is healthy for both of you and your baby. A balanced diet must involve fruits, vegetables, fishes, meats, and low fat dairy products. Try to consume fruits and vegetables more.

Only Eat When You are Hungry
Make a plan of your diet to keep the nutrition ans stay on the right calories. Remember, your consuming now is not only for yourself but for your baby as well. Your baby gets nutrition from you.

Join the Class of Postpartum Exercise
Go to find know if there's a place for exercise near from your house and join in. This is a good way to lose some weight. In addition, you will meet some other moms. It is better to take exercises after breastfeeding your baby.

Do not be afraid of having baby. Do not worry about the weight you will gain after. There will always be ways to gain your slim body again.
